Who I am
A professional with over 26 years dedicated to the online world, primarily in advertising, business development, and commercial operations.
After working across several subsidiaries of the Telefónica Group, I made the leap into the startup world — first at Tuenti, in an international environment surrounded by top-tier tech talent, and then at Jobandtalent, with a mission to revolutionize the employment sector through technology.
In 2016 I co-founded Finect, a Fintech project aimed at building an ecosystem of investors, tools, and professionals towards a new financial intelligence. Since 2022 I served as Corp Dev. & BI Director at Playtomic, a startup operating in 66+ markets worldwide, and a member of the executive committee. I currently serve as VP of Partner Growth at Playtomic, leading expanding markets worldwide (US, UK, Central Europe, and APAC), as well as overseeing operations for PlayTimp, Playtomic’s fitness division.
I am a frequent speaker at conferences, panel discussions, and industry events, and a representative of the companies I've been part of in various sector associations and forums.
Career
As VP of Partner Growth at Playtomic, responsible for expanding and deepening the company's global partner ecosystem — building strategic alliances with clubs, venues, and sports operators to accelerate commercial growth across 50+ markets. Simultaneously serving as COO at PlayTimp, Playtomic's fitness division, overseeing day-to-day operations, go-to-market strategy execution, and the development of new partnerships within the wellness and health sector.
Identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities for growth and expansion. Analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for decision-making, optimising operations, and coordinating strategy across 50+ global markets. Member of the executive committee.
Co-founder of the Fintech project. As CCO, responsible for the sales and business development area, with a commercial strategy based on online advertising and the generation of high-value segmented data for programmatic marketing.
Business development and agreement management to grow commercial activity through non-traditional channels, focusing on both candidates and client companies. Launched the national and international (UK and Latin America) advertising strategy.
Five years across multiple leadership roles: from managing a 15-person BI team to directing Marketing and Business Development for both Tuenti.com and Tuenti Móvil (a virtual mobile operator launched in 2012). Company representative at IAB, Comscore, and key industry forums.
Over 9 years at the Telefónica Group. Defined and implemented commercial, promotional, and content strategies with strategic partners (Google, Real Madrid C.F., EMI Music, Endemol…) across multimedia platforms including Terra.es, Imagenio, and Terra TV.
